This high-intensity interval training will keep you on your toes! This program will be a blend of endurance, strength, power, and agility and will leave you feeling accomplished for the day
TRX (Tuesday 12pm-1pm) a
The focus of this program will be using the suspension training system, TRX. Athletes will perform bodyweight movements using the TRX and in addition, other implements (medicine balls, weights) to increase balance, stability, and strength.
