Exos is for youth athletes who want to compete, make the team, earn a starting position and perform at their best. Available for individual athletes or teams.

Goal Specific Programming

Our youth athlete (grades 6 - 8) program aims to:

● Build a Strong Athletic Foundation: Focus on fundamental movement patterns, motor skills, and physical literacy to establish a solid athletic base.
● Develop Confidence and Character: Help young athletes gain self-confidence, build mental toughness, and develop a positive attitude toward sports and physical activity.
