Youth and High School
Our specialized youth (6 - 8th grade) and high school sports performance training programs are crafted to propel our athlete's game to new heights. Under the expert guidance of our Performance Specialists, young athletes engage in group training sessions that focus on speed development, agility, total body power, conditioning, and injury prevention, ensuring they benefit from correct and efficient training methods.
Memberships:
Winter Schedule:
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday / Thursday: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- No classes on Saturdays

Adult Training
The Exos adult training programs are designed to help you feel your best and engage in more of what you love. Our high-energy, 60-minute fitness classes, led by elite coaches, integrate mobility, movement-based strength training, interval-based cardio, and more. We also consider your past or current injuries, experience levels, and limitations when designing your game-changing program.

Return to Move Program
The Return to Move Program is built for adults ready to safely get back into training. Whether you’re returning after time off, managing minor aches and pains, or looking to rebuild strength and mobility, this program meets you where you are and helps you progress with confidence.
This small-group program focuses on foundational strength, movement quality, energy, and long-term fitness habits. Every session is scaled to your ability—supportive, structured, and focused on steady progress.
