Our Core Programming

Youth Programming

  • Fundamental Speed and Strength (9-11)

    Year-round program

    It takes 10,000 hours of deliberate practice to reach expert-level performance. This 10,000 hours of practice should include a long-term commitment to training, taking athletes through a progressive training plan that includes the right dosage of sport and performance skills so that athletes stay motivated, engaged, and develop motor skills for performance enhancement and injury reduction. The fundamental speed-strength program is for athletes 9-11 years old and focuses on the ABC's of athleticism (agility, balance, coordination, and speed). Our coaches ensure a fun and safe training environment so that athletes develop a wide range of motor programs, and the right mindset for training for life.
     

  • Junior Speed and Strength (12-14)

    Year-round program

    It takes 10,000 hours of deliberate practice to reach expert-level performance. This 10,000 hours of practice should include a long-term commitment to training, taking athletes through a progressive training plan that includes the right dosage of sport and performance skills so that athletes stay motivated, engaged, and develop motor skills for performance enhancement and injury reduction. The junior strength and speed program is for athletes 12-14 years old and focuses on learning the proper bodyweight movements of a squat, lunge, hinge, and push up. This program will also include agility, power, speed, and endurance training.

 

High School Programming

  • Prep Speed and Strength (15-18)

    Year-round program

    This program is meant to be an off-season strength and conditioning program for high school athletes. After going through an assessment, athletes will follow a periodized plan of plyometric, speed, and strength training. Athletes will develop power by learning proper Olympic weightlifting techniques that will transfer to the playing ground.

  • Preseason Sport-Specific Prep Programs (15-18)

    Summer (June-Aug.) | Preseason Boys Soccer, Preseason Volleyball, Preseason Boys Tennis
    Winter (Sept.-Nov.) | Preseason Girls Soccer, Preseason Track, Preseason Baseball
    Fall (Dec.-Feb.) | Preseason Basketball, Preseason Hockey, Preseason Swimming

    These are prep programs designed to focus on sport specific movements, strength, and power


     

 

Adult Programming

  • Runner's Speed and Strength (18+)

    Year-round program

    Runners' strength and speed development will focus on the characteristics needed to improve running economy and running efficiency. This includes core stability, plyometrics, low volume strength training, and neuromuscular control.

  • Masters Strength Training For Sport (35+)

    Year-round program

    This program is for Master's level athletes currently participating in a sport or high-performance activity (mountain biking, competitive hiking, etc). In this program, athletes will have the opportunity to participate in a strength and conditioning program with a performance coach and will receive feedback on exercise technique and an introduction to programming.
