Exercise and Nutrition is medicine

  • Exercise and Nutrition is medicine

    The Exercise is Medicine Program is a 75-min initial assessment that includes: a lifestyle consult, Resting metabolic test, body composition analysis, and cardiovascular test. A 1 hour nutrition consultation and one, 30-minute follow up session. A 12-week exercise prescription delivered remotely, customized to your equipment available and health goals. Email check-in's from your coach. Two 30-45 minute personal training sessions. A final 45-min. follow up assessment after 12 weeks. 
     

 

Lifestyle medicine

  • Lifestyle medicine

    Manage and reverse chronic disease through nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, avoidance of substances, and social connection. Within this 8-week program, you’ll learn how to treat the underlying cause of disease, rather than its symptoms. Individuals must meet eligibility requirements and a physician referral is required. This program contains in-person and online group sessions. 
     

 

Wellness coaching

  • Wellness coaching

    Create positive and sustainable lifestyle changes with a coach through a holistic perspective on health. Coaching can be based on goals you want to set individually, or a specific program focusing on sleep, longevity, or cognitive therapy for weight loss.

    Hybl Sports Medicine and Performance offers drop-in fitness programs for the community and all levels are welcome. Current programs include TRX, Crosstraining, and Tai Chi
